TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 01 January, 2024

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between Digital Solution Developers (“Company”) and (“Employee”) and shall govern the employment relationship between the parties.

  1. Employment Agreement:

    • Employee agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to perform the duties assigned by the Company.
    • Employment with Digital Solution Developers is not at will, and neither party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, without proper notice.

  2. Termination:

    • The Company reserves the right to terminate the employment of the Employee at any time, with a grace period of 15 days’ notice.
    • Employee agrees to return all Company property upon termination.

  3. Commission Structure:

    • The commission structure is subject to change at any time based on decisions made by the Company’s board.
    • The Company will notify employees in advance of any changes to the commission structure.

  4. Confidentiality:

    • Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information, trade secrets, or proprietary information belonging to the Company.
    • Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, customer lists, financial information, and any other proprietary data.

  5. Code of Conduct:

    • Employees are expected to adhere to the Company’s code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to ethical behavior, professionalism, and respect for others.
    • Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

  6. Communication:

    • All official communication will be sent to the Employee’s email address on file.
    • The Company’s official email address for communication is support@digisoldev.com.

  8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its discretion. Employees will be notified of any changes.

By accepting the offer of employment, the Employee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any questions or concerns should be directed to the Company’s HR department.
